BUILT IN THE U.S.A.

Shine On

When we began this journey of building the ultimate in accessories several years ago, the decision had to be made of how to best accomplish both our design and manufacturing goals from a cost standpoint. I mean…this is a business, and decisions like this have to be addressed early.

The truth is…it is tempting to think about producing goods overseas.Anyone who says otherwise is being disingenuous.

So we we gave it a think…for about 1 second.

From that point years ago, we’ve never questioned our decision to design and construct our goods in the
U.S A.

Not when we were spending more for a single prototype than our competitors were spending for a 100 units.

Not when we were told that what we wanted couldn’t be done (boy, those were the days).

Not when we drew chuckles in meetings about what we were attempting to do.

Nope…what we did was get a bit tougher and a bit thicker of skin…that’s how much it means to us to build our goods in America.
Oh, and we don’t make excuses for being a bit patriotic. Have you figured that out yet?

Now for a splash of truth…some of the raw materials we use simply aren’t available in the USA. It’s a fact and we don’t dodge or deny it.

Know this… we are working continously to find innovative American materials and processes so that Vvego will always stand apart in both style and durability.

Don’t believe us?

Look again at the picture above. That’s hardware built from titanium and beryllium copper…from our exclusive designs…machined only for Vvego in Uncle Sam country.

Machining our own hardware in the U.S.A.

It’s one of the things that couldn’t be done.
